This has been quite a mess. Replaced rotors, tires and breaks, yet when vehicle was received, it had a loud grinding noise on the rear wheel. I imagine they never drove the vehicle upon replacement of parts. They have kept the vehicle for 8 days with no end in sight. Initially I was having to Uber when told the vehicle was going to be ready for pickup (twice). No refund offered. Finally dealership offered rental car. The only good thing about this is the people are super nice, other than that, I am not happy and doubt I will be back, that’s to either purchase or service.
