We live in Delaware but found the vehicle we wanted at Pelligrino in Woodbury Heights, NJ. We took delivery of the vehicle and encountered what appeared to be a manufacturing defect on day one. We returned to the dealership not knowing what to expect, only knowing that we were very concerned about the problem and what the future held for the vehicle. Everyone from our sales consultant, Eric, the manager, Anthony, to the service manager Paul treated us with absolute professionalism, courtesy, and above all else made us confident that we would be taken care of - which is exactly what happened!
