She was equally friendly and down to earth as Rus. She listened well to our concerns and need to be sure this car would work well for our daughter as she has some difficulty getting into some cars. She did not pressure us in any way during this process and we were happy to be able to make deal with the dealership through Jen's and Rus' help. The only somewhat negative thing was it took to long to complete all the paper work as it was a saturday at the end of the month and alot of customers were in the dealership making their own great deals.
