Awful service and management experience I bought a new car with less than 100 miles and had issues with the struts. In addition, my upholstery was never glued down and I didn't notice it un I bought a new car with less than 100 miles and had issues with the struts. In addition, my upholstery was never glued down and I didn't notice it until I left the lot. In addition there were other issues. Fan whining, and cluth pedel squeeking. I got a great deal on the car, $9K off asking price for a brand new car with 54 miles on it. However when I took it in for service, I was informed all my issues were repaired and it was time to pick up my car. They claimed to leave me a message but the never did. I had to call to ask what the status was. I live 2 hours away. I drove down to find not all my repairs were completed, conversely to what I was told by the service rep. They only told me to come down because although the car wasn't repaired, they couldn't let me keep the loaner car any longer. They said I'd have to return to the he dealership to compete the repairs. But I'd have to take back my car and they wouldn't let me keep the loaner. I than proceeded to say, I don't want to drive my car home unrepaired and it was inconvent for me to come back down, another 2 hours and I asked nicely to keep the loaner. Vince, the manager, then threatened to call the police on me for stealing a car. Absurd! Poor poor service experince. Poor management skills from Jim the service manager and Vince the sales manager. Never go to this dealership for service. You will get poor service from unqualified mangers who don't know how to speak to customers. More

After Sales Support AS GOOD AS selling the car! I'll start with this being my second used Jeep purchase at Pellegrino. Bob V was only too happy to not just show us the 3 vehicles I had pre-determin I'll start with this being my second used Jeep purchase at Pellegrino. Bob V was only too happy to not just show us the 3 vehicles I had pre-determined should be able to fit into my purchase plan, he took my notes directly to Vince to show him what I was trying to accomplish. They were fair with my trade and moved mountains to fulfill my wish. The certified Compass came with a couple minor issues, which were addressed quickly, efficiently, and they made sure I was never without a vehicle. Our first Jeep recently had an emissions warranty issue which, again, was handled with speed and efficiency. It's not uncommon to find a dealership that will bend over backward to sell you a car - but the after sale support sets Pellegrino way above the local norm from the perspective of a customer who has spent 30 years in parts/customer service in the equipment/truck/rv service industry. And every time my husband and I walked in, even the service entrance, Bob V was always there to say hi, make sure we were being taken care of and just generally checking in. More

Nothing but problems I live in New York and wanted a certified pre owned white Durango rt, there were only 2 in the tri state. One was here at pellegrino and the another i I live in New York and wanted a certified pre owned white Durango rt, there were only 2 in the tri state. One was here at pellegrino and the another in PA, since pellegrino was closer to ny then pa was, I opted to go with this one since the were the same exact truck that they have been advertising. I called the dealer up and spoke to a sales man named Steve Harris, we went back and forth a bunch of times and everything was good to go. I decided to make the trip down (close to 3 hours) to look at the truck and make the purchase on 12-31-16. Upon arriving and checking out the truck iv noticed that the mileage was wrong that they were showing on there web site and other websites like auto trader, cargrus ect. There were Close to 2,000 more miles then they were advertising. Also they were advertising this truck with a bunch of options that the truck did not have for example navigation and other features. When I asked about the discrepancies they said it's a common mistake because they have a 3rd party make there car listings. I felt it was false advertising and was upset they didn't tell me these things the numerous times we spoke on the phone. I decided to buy the truck any way because I really wanted the truck and drove close to 3 hours to buy it. Since I'm an out of state buyer the dealer issued me temporary tags until I get my new plates. Once I got back home to New York I noticed the clear coat of the paint on the rear bumper started peeling off along with the paint bubbling off the bumper. I called up the dealer and let them know what was going on and the only thing they could do for me is bring the truck back on a Thursday to get the bumper repainted since I live close to 3 hours away and work 6 days a week I told them that was unacceptable and then they told me to bring it to a dealer around me and see if Chrysler would cover it. This is a 2015 certified pre owned truck and Chrysler denied the claim for the paint issue on the bumper. After telling them that, they insisted to run it through Chrysler again which I will be doing this week. Every time I call Pellegrino now they do not want to speak to me or give me the time of the day. I just want my bumper painted correctly. Another issue I have is my temporary tag is now expired and I still do not have my plates. When I called up pellegrino about this issue they transferred me to a lady named Danni who deals with this. I explained what is going on and she told me not to worry that if you get any tickets for an expired tag or any ticket that has to do with not having plates that they would take care of the ticket. I asked her on Saturday if she could just email me something in writing stating that they are responsible for any tickets I get because of expired temporary tags. She told me she would talk to her boss and get back to me first thing Monday morning. Needless to say it is now Wednesday and still no phone call or email. After leaving another message to call me back yesterday and another message today STILL no one called me back or emailed me over something in writing that they would be responsible for the tickets. Pellegrino did everything in there power before I bought the truck, now that I own the truck they want nothing to do with me. If I do not get some answers by tomorrow I will be contacting corporate Chrysler. More
