Worst experience ever I went to buy a car with a co-signer and they didn’t even make an effort to try to get me an approval. My co signer has a tier one credit so he was go I went to buy a car with a co-signer and they didn’t even make an effort to try to get me an approval. My co signer has a tier one credit so he was good to co-sign. All they wanted was to get my co-signer to get a car for him and acted like I wasn’t there and wasn’t good for business. They are the worst people and the manager sucks I bought a 2105 Nissan Murano since I took the car out of the lot I been having problems .check engine coming on . I took it back to the dealer they put the scanner and ask me want gasoline did you put on it I say none cause that's the same gas that the dealer put on it went I bought it.so they told me that it was a oxygen sensor so they erase the light. The next day the light came back on.I call them again and the answer they gave me was we can't fix it we gonna have to make an appointment with Nissan dealer and they will call me back.well they never call me back I had to call them to find out what was going on .they couldn't give me and answer cause they kept my car in the dealer for 2 days then they decided to fix it the 3 day. Now my front bumper is coming apart on both corners i took it back to them and explain what was going on they told me that the bumper was replaced but the guy that installed didn't did a good job that there was some clips missing.so they were going to setup an appointment tomakinthe right way then again they never call me so I.call them gave me the run around and transfer the call to collision. I explain the situation to the guy and he was worse I ask him how long it will take cause I will need a rental for work he told me that he has nothing to do with that. I try to contact the dealer back never had a answer.l regret making business with this dealer More

SERVICE MANAGER ANDTECHNICIAN VERY RUDE! Had to go in for service 3 times and my problem is still not solved. Be sure to look at your service report where it has the In and out mileage of your vehicle. The 2nd time I took it back to be corrected the in mileage was 40 thousand miles over, because they FAKED the mileage failing to go out to read the correct mileage so they just lied and put the incorrect mileage on the report. They really know how to get over on a woman! Also the first time I called they were suppose to call me back, a week later still no return call. The second time the same thing, no return call! AGAIN THEY KNOW HOW TO GET OVER ON A WOMAN! No need to talk with the Service Manager (Jim), he refuse to listen to what you have to say by defending his tech, I found him to be VERY RUDE to women! He would not apologize for his tech telling a lie, and for putting a fake mileage reading in. My auto problem is still not solved! I will not go back to Pellegrino anymore, nor will I purchase or recommend anyone I know who is planning on purchasing a Jeep not to go to Pellegrino to purchase it. More
