Beyond Amazing I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. They had my new Jeep ready to go and all of my paperwork done before I even got to the dealership to pick it up. All I had to do was sign my paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING They promised us lube for life ,after servicing our 2012 Durango the engine failed and lost oil pressure and was towed to their shop. They replaced the engine oil cooler assembly but the engine will not start, they check and find out that the engine was damaged, they decided to charged us for the engine. NOTE:FROM DATE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NO ONE HAVE CHANGE THE ENGINE OIL...….ACCEPT PELLEGRINO SHOP . More
