Scheduling an appointment was quick, and dropping off my car the night before was convenient. However, I only needed an oil change and so I requested my car be ready by 3 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM to find car the night before was convenient. However, I only needed an oil change and so I requested my car be ready by 3 PM.
