The only snags I came across was waiting for my insurance and OnStar to provide us the necessary service to get off the lot with new wheels. Neither of which was the dealerships fault of course, but even then Michelle was very personable and professional. e shopped around for a SRX. I saw this online. I called and talked to Vince to see if the "haggle free" price was correct since it was lower than cars we looked at in our area (Maryland). I brought my wife back the next day and we purchased the vehicle. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences in buying. I was given what I felt was a fair trade in on my vehicle. After the finial papers were signed i went out to look at my new truck and noticed a small dent in the hood. I ask Michelle about it and she had it taken care of right away. This is the first time I bought a vehicle and did not feel I got cheated. Very pleasant experience! More
