We have been serving customers in the South Jersey and Philadelphia surrounding area for the last twenty years. The service department went out of their way to fix a recall notice which involved the auto module on my 2023 Colorado. The knowledge of the mechanic Curtis who stayed with the update until reaching all recall notice which involved the auto module on my 2023 Colorado. I highly thank Frank at the service desk for taking the time to update me throughout this process. Not sure I understand how “service” of an oil change & tire rotation takes 3hrs plus. Appt was at 10, I had it there early, called at 12 for them to say “should be done in a little” called again at 1 “jus tire rotation takes 3hrs plus.
