We have been serving customers in the South Jersey and Philadelphia surrounding area for the last twenty years. We carry new Chevrolet cars, crossovers, trucks, SUVs, and commercial trucks, as well as all makes and models of pre-owned cars. I have had my oil changes for the last 3 yrs done at Pellegrino on my Corvette and the cost was around $89. This time I had a $20 coupon and the cost was $147.00 after the Coupon!! I dropped my car off at 8 and they never got to it. I had an appointment. Then Joe calls me at 3:30 to tell me I have to bring it back or he can get me a rental. That is unacceptable as I work out of I had an appointment. Then Joe calls me at 3:30 to tell me I have to bring it back or he can get me a rental. That is unacceptable as I work out of my truck and all my tools are on it. All that need to be done is a part that they had to order and oil change. Not for nothing but that’s crazy. I won’t ever come there for service again. Also Joe needs an attitude check and learn how to deal and communicate with customers. This is not my first issue with him. More
