5.5 hrs to install 2 tires! Any tire shop in the country woulda been an hr maybe 2. So I had no truck all day totally ridiculous then to top it off the rims and new tires are covered in some white slime thi woulda been an hr maybe 2. Service advisor very friendly and efficient. Told her what my GMC canyon was doing on call to schedule service appointment. Also verified that the GM cpo warranty was in force. Upon arrival at dealership she had my information and quickly had vehicle into service. I've had other dealer service departments diagnose problem only to find out that they didn't have the parts to fix it and would require a return trip. Peligrino had the part and vehicle was done and back on the road in around 3 hours. I will be using them again for my service needs More
