The communication was a huge issue most of the time my car was in your facility. I did most of the calling to get updates on my vehicle. For this to have been my first time at the facility it wasn’t a great first impression. I dropped my car off may 15 at night via tow truck my car did not get worked on until the19th or 20th of May. Service writers are outstanding but there are some technicians that can’t rotate tires and can’t properly torque a lug nut. Due to the incompetence they had to replace the stud on the truck.
