While they did a good job on my oil change they only reset the problem I am having with my display. I took my truck in for a recall on the chips for the heated seats and heated steering wheel on a Monday. They told me the job would take 3 hours which was fine because I knew in advance. I called for an heated seats and heated steering wheel on a Monday. They told me the job would take 3 hours which was fine because I knew in advance. I called for an update after 3 hours and was told that there was a stripped bolt in my steering column and they would have to order a new bolt and keep my truck overnight. I usually do all of my own work on my vehicle and knew that this had to be something their technician did by mistake. When I asked them if they were implying the bolt was stripped prior to them working on it they said yes. I then asked if they were sure about that because it didn't make any sense and the service agent got uncomfortable and retracted the answer and said the had to go ask the technician. The service agent then came back on the line to say that the technician did in fact strip the bolt. It seemed like they were unwilling to admit fault on this until I pressed them on it. They tried to send me home without a vehicle and without committing to a timeline of returning my truck to me when I asked if keeping it overnight would mean I would get it back the next day. I also had to fight for them to give me a loaner so I wouldn't miss work the next day, they reluctantly took me to enterprise to get a rental after arguing about it for a while and me saying that I should not be forced to take days off of work because they caused me to be without a vehicle. I called the next day to ask for an update and they said that there was to much damage to my steering column and they would have to replace it. They, again, would not commit to a timeline of when I would get my truck back and said it could take any where from a few days to a week or two. I was leaving for a long weekend with my wife, 5 month old daughter and dog that Thursday night and I needed my truck for that trip as my wife's car is not big enough for all of us plus all of the stuff that comes with a baby and a dog. After fighting with them and saying I needed my truck back no later than Thursday afternoon, they said they would try to get it done in time but couldn't make any promises. I called them again on Wednesday to get an update and they said that my truck was done and that I could come pick it up. They never reached out to me, I always had to call them, even when my truck was done it seemed like they were not going to inform me of that. All around very poor communication and unwillingness to correct a situation caused by their own mistakes. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star is the fact that they did get the job done somewhat quickly. I believe if I didn't put up the fight I did with them, they would have had my truck for at least a week. More
