I’m going to be honest it wasn’t a good experience, obvious it’s not your fault my engine went and relying on the manufacture for parts. On multiple occasions I was told we will update you by (X) date and never heard back until I reached back out 2-7 days after they were going to update me. I wasn't expecting your group to wash the truck. They could have wiped the grease off the hood, both doors and side panels. removed the rust off the hood from the razor blade they left on it and blue liquid what was splashed on the front and sides.
