My husband and I recently traded in our 2020 GMC Terrain for a 2022 GMC Acadia and Shawn was so wonderful to work with. He originally sold us our Terrain back in November and when we realized our family nee for a 2022 GMC Acadia and Shawn was so wonderful to work with. He originally sold us our Terrain back in November and when we realized our family needed a bigger car we knew we had to come back to Shawn and the Pellegrino dealership. The day we came back to move forward with the Acadia, Shawn was kind enough to have the car outside and ready for our test drive when we pulled up to the dealership that morning. The transition from the Terrain to the Acadia was so smooth and easy and we were in and out of the dealership in just a few hours. We will certainly be coming back to Pellegrino to see Shawn again for any future car - he is the best! More

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lou Cerota on getting into a new vehicle. The experience was simple & enjoyable. One thing I'd like to point out is that Lou is so familiar with the buy/trade in process, that he even has new EZ pass Velcro strips waiting for you so that you don't forget to take your EZ pass with you!
