He’s friendly, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and treats you like family. We just traded in my husbands GMC Sierra for a new one and the process was so smooth. He loved the color and features of the one Sierra, but didn’t love the rims so Lou got right to ordering him new ones and my husband drove off in his new Sierra a few days later.
