I starred at all the new buttons like (o.O) but no worries, Lou went over and beyond in detail and length, explaining every button and feature. By time we were done, he already had me hooked up to the GMC app and OnStar. I literally had to do nothing. Not only did we leave with a car, it was one I already swore I wouldn’t purchase because I have never bought and don’t like cars that color. I love the car (Envision) and Lou helped us work a good deal to end our other lease a little early. Everything went very efficiently with the paperwork on a tablet and only took minutes. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We just won’t go to anyone other than a Pelligrino owned dealership. For us it’s about how we are treated as much as it is about price. (Don’t tell my husband I said that!) More
