This was my best car buying experience yet. I saw a pre owned certified car on line that interested me and made a call to Pellegrino Buick GMC to inquire. From the start I sensed that I was dealing with some competent people. No 10 minute holds, and "let me check on that" here. I was immediately connected with sales rep Lou Cerota, and we quickly got down to business. Since I'm located roughly 100 miles away from Pellegrino, and I also wanted to trade in a vehicle, it wasn't a simple transaction by phone. Lou then connected me with Joe, the pre owned specialist, and we ran the numbers tentatively. It was important to me that I wouldn't have unrealistic expectations of a possible deal, before making the 100 mile trip. Surprisingly it was just as important to both Lou and Joe. They were very conscious of not trying to lure me in with false claims and promises. They obviously were aware that the buyer's experience is a valuable part of the process, and I was impressed enough to make the trip. I'm happy I did - the deal went through exactly as planned. Lou spent a lot of time going through everything, and is a real gentleman. My only gripe is that he is so far away.
