I want the first Lou Cerota Bobblehead! :) Lou is the best! I went in there to look at a used vehicle because I didn't think that I could afford going new again with the prices of cars being so ridiculous anym I went in there to look at a used vehicle because I didn't think that I could afford going new again with the prices of cars being so ridiculous anymore. We weren't happy with the used car that we looked at but decided to just sit down with Lou and find out what else they had or what else we may be able to do. I ended up with another lease on a new Acadia (my third one) in the color that I wanted and all the features that I missed from my first Acadia that I had plus some other cool features. I couldn't be happier. I am THRILLED with my new car and have to say that dealing with Lou and the dealership was a truly pleasant experience. We were there several hours, poor Lou missed his bday dinner plans for us and came through for us on a great car and lease. Lou is unlike any car sales man you will ever deal with, truth! I will definitely do my business with Lou again and I urge anyone out there reading this, you should do the same, or at least go in and sit down with him and give it a try...and/or pass him along to anyone else you may know who is in the market for purchasing a vehicle. Great salesman!!! I called on the phone and made sure truck was still there. Pretty much made the deal over the phone. Spoke with Denny one of the sales staff. He had a great attitude over the phone so we decided to drive to jersey and check the truck out. When we arrived he greeted us at the door and everything we discussed over the phone as what he had waiting on me when i arrived. My wife and i drove 3hrs to look at a truck on a single mans word and we were beyond pleased with the truck the salesman and even the financial department was nice and easy. There was a lady whom did our financial side of the deal and she was great as well..
