I bought a late model used SUV from this dealer in December, 2011. I live in Mass. and they are in NJ so the transaction was over the phone, not something the faint of heart would normally do. My expe December, 2011. I live in Mass. and they are in NJ so the transaction was over the phone, not something the faint of heart would normally do. My experience with their used car manager, Frank Lewis, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful looking the car over for things I wanted to know, sending me pictures, and even calling Toyota (it is a 2011 FJ Cruiser) with the VIN to verify the options that were installed. Frank made this transaction very easy with no pressure. He was willing to negotiate a price over the phone and even correct the price when we discovered that the vehicle didn't have some of the options I thought it had (before the call to Toyota). He even arranged to have me picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. A couple of weeks after the sale the dealership called me to make sure I was satisfied and asked if I needed them to do anything. I highly recommend this dealer since working with them exceeded my expectations!!! More
