He listened to us and when we decided on the car we wanted, went over everything in detail. I was concerned that we would not find what we wanted, at the price we were looking to pay. But the car and lease we decided on works out perfectly for us. Lou is just a great guy - very friendly, with a good, positive attitude... He will joke around, but in an good way. He was very easy to talk to and we like him as a person, not just a salesman. . He is a good mix of professionalism, experience and just a down-to-earth guy, who you can tell is a family man. Awesome Sales Visit My sister has never bought a car from a dealership, so this was her very first car buying experience. She went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle she was interested in and Lou was quick to get her out on the road for a test drive, tell her the features of the vehicle, and just an awesome sales rep. She did end up deciding to go with that vehicle. Lou had everything set up for her so as soon as we got there, it took no time at all to fill out the paperwork and get the keys. Lou also showed her the various new technology that she has never used and taught her all about the vehicle. My sister said she will now only come to Pellegrino and ask for Lou because of how personable, fast, responsible, and awesome he is. Awesome service experience every time So I've been going to Pellegrino Buick Gmc for a long time to purchase vehicles and I've always written reviews about my purchases and the experience So I've been going to Pellegrino Buick Gmc for a long time to purchase vehicles and I've always written reviews about my purchases and the experience I've had, but I've never written a review about my service experience. I always take my vehicles for normal maintenance as well as things that have gone wrong to Pellegrino. Bob is always there to help me with my service needs. I call and am always able to get an appointment when I need and want to come in, sometimes even the same day. Bob always makes sure my wait time is short no matter what I brought my vehicle in for. The longest I've ever waited for a vehicle is an hour and that's even getting new brakes, oil change, tires rotation. Ive only had to leave my vehicle overnight once and I was given the same exact vehicle as I have to use while my truck was in the shop. Sometimes it's difficult to get a vehicle to use as large as mine, but they always find a way because they know I have five kids and need the room. My youngest daughter is always with me and all the men and women at the service desk make her feel completely comfortable and she always leaves with a big smile! Bob Rico is awesome and I definitely recommend Bob to everyone for their service needs! More

Great experience from start to finish I went here after I got the run around from another dealership. I called first and spoke to Steve, I let him know I was looking to lease for the first time and wanted to trade in my current car and use it as money down. Steve told me he would call me back and literally got back to me in 5 minutes and told me he would be able get it done and I wouldn't have any issues. I went right down to the dealership and they had me in a new 2016 GMC Terrain in 20 minutes. Hands down this was the best experience I've ever had getting a car. Steve made the entire process so simple and easy and without any pressure.. I gave Pellegrino 5 stars because Steve and everyone there provided excellent service making sure I was happy and I truly left with a great experience. I will continue to be a loyal costumer of Pellegrino!!!! More
