As always extremely friendly and informative When my wife and I exited our car on the sales lot we were immediately met by our former salesman Lou Cerota and Sales Manager Craig Farr who greeted When my wife and I exited our car on the sales lot we were immediately met by our former salesman Lou Cerota and Sales Manager Craig Farr who greeted us and welcomed us. We were on the sales lot two minutes and we felt comfortable and very welcome. We told Lou the car we were looking for. Lou walked us around the lot showing us a very large variety of Buick Encore. In no time we expressed interest in one car and before I knew it Lou put a dealer tag on car and we were taking a test drive. Upon completion of test drive Lou walked us into showroom where we sat at his desk. After a few questions which seemed as a friendly conversation Lou contacted our insurance company, motor vehicle, and had car cleaned and ready to go. Lou sat in car with us setting blue tooth, navigation system, on star system and explaining all the special features. Lou has the patience of a saint, trust me when you're a senior what seems simple to many is a nightmare for us. We drove our new Buick home with a good understanding of all the features.
