He has handled all three of our purchases and we have sworn to never go to anyone else! He has always gone the extra mile to make sure he finds us the vehicle we want including the features, in the color we like, and for a very reasonable price. He looks for the best rebates he can gets us. We never feel like we are being "handled",swindled, or pressured. Definitely not your typical dealership experience. He even remembers my daughters' names whenever we go in. I can't see us purchasing a car from anyone else! More

We particularly don't enjoy the car buying experience because usually the sales people are very aggressive and annoying to be honest. We did lots of research ahead of time and decided that we liked the 2016 Acadia. We searched the internet and found Pellegrino was highly rated and had the most Acadia options in the area. We walked the lot for 5-10 minutes and met Skip Wallace. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and let us browse their inventory without putting any pressure on us to buy anything. He didn't even scream in fear when allowing my wife to test drive the vehicle like most salespeople do! Ha! We decided to buy the Acadia and Skip handled everything that we would usually have to do ourselves at other dealerships. He also showed us how to use all of the options in the Acadia (there is a lot), which was really helpful! After that we just needed to sign some paperwork and the car was ours to drive home. I must add that the service department did a great job detailing our vehicle and it looks amazing! We are so happy that we chose Pellegrino GMC and we will look to buy more vehicles from them in the future! Steve A. More
