Right from the very start, our salesperson, Lou Cerota, was incredibly helpful. Lou didn't treat us like Pellegrino customers. He actually made us feel like part of the Pellegrino family. He introduced us to everyone in the dealership and we were greeted very warmly by everybody. We explained to Lou what we were looking for and he showed us all of the different options we had and answered all of our questions. He was the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with. Not once did I feel any pressure to make a decision one way or another. It was a pleasure dealing with Lou Cerota and everyone at Pellegrino Pontiac Buick GMC. Not only would I buy another car from them in the future but I will recommend them to everyone I know. More

Limbo Rock I say limbo rock because they literally bent over backwards to help me. I not only had limited time to test vehicles, I was also there with my entire I say limbo rock because they literally bent over backwards to help me. I not only had limited time to test vehicles, I was also there with my entire family, and they really went out of their way to help us. Knowing I was tight on time they lined up vehicles to test drive, including pulling vehicles from other Pellegrino sites and vehicles that I had not initially expressed interest in, but decided last minute to tryout. Lou Cerota took care of the kids with some hot chocolate and Twizzlers. When I had questions about a particular model, he brought out an identical model to show/compare. I never, at any point felt pressured, they even returned my trade-in to the front before I had even shown an inclination towards buying a particular vehicle. As opposed to the shady technique some dealers pull, by holding onto your keys to keep you there. I am so happy with my purchase, a 2016 GMC Canyon. I used to be a Ford Truck guy, even while shopping, but I wanted to keep my eyes open and am glad I did. By far the best car buying experience I have had in the past 22 years. They have a customer for life. More
