To start off the dealership was very clean and organized. We met with Lou Cerota upon entry. We spoke to him about a specific vehicle that I saw online. I noted that was fine and he graciously showed us the truck. I was very pleased with the vehicle and we started the process. Lou was excellent in this process and such a pleasure to deal with. We picked up the vehicle today. Lou sat in the truck and helped me with setting up the Bluetooth and expalined the features in the vehicle. Would definitely look for Lou as are first choice salesman doing our next purchase. Also note the others I spoke with were also very pleasant. More
