Terrible Was told a loaner car would not b available for 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks and on appointment day when I was dropping off I was told there were no loaner cars available. They provided a car for 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks and on appointment day when I was dropping off I was told there were no loaner cars available. They provided a car from enterprise. I was told I would have to pick up the tax on the rental it was only 9 dollars but it was the point. I was told I was going to an update on the recall work I was not called. I was given a time of 430 to pick up I waited till 5 and still waited 20 mins More
