Awesome experience!!! Joe Pellegrino is GREAT! He was not your typical pushy salesman, was very patient and allowed me to make the decision on my own and even stayed late on the day that I picked the car not your typical pushy salesman, was very patient and allowed me to make the decision on my own and even stayed late on the day that I picked the car up since I was driving 2 hours to pick it up. When I picked up the vehicle, it was sparkling... Looked better then when I test drove it and had a full tank of gas. Major plus since I went from a small car to an SUV. For price I only rated it a "4" because goodness cars are expensive! Overall though it was a great experience and I will definitely buy my next vehicle there. We bought a 2004 GMC Envoy from these guys almost 3 years ago. And it is still a great vehicle. The reason I am writing this so long after the sale is because I kick myself for not buying from there again ago. And it is still a great vehicle. I went to a different dealer a couple of months ago and I have now found out why the ratings weren’t so good on that one. That has been a nightmare! When things go so well, as they did with my purchase from Pellegrino’s, you tend to forget how nice it was. That is until you go somewhere else and get burned. I guess I assumed every place should be as good as Pellegrino’s. They definitely set the standard of excellence for how a car dealer should operate. I have always passed them on by word of mouth. I regret not spending the time to write here how good my experience was. I see all positive reviews here, and that means a lot. I want everyone to realize just how great these guys are to deal with. Their honest and non-pushy attitude is what I liked most, and their willingness to work with you. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry to get a vehicle, and I will wait until they have what I am looking for.
