The first vehicle I purchased from Pellegrino Auto Sales had a problem with the dash lights...something electrical. This issue took place a few days after the purchase. When I brought it to Guy's attention had a problem with the dash lights...something electrical. This issue took place a few days after the purchase. When I brought it to Guy's attention he was very pleasant and took care of it. Just a few weeks after the warranty was up I had another issue with the dash lights. When I took it back in they again, even after the warranty was up, took care of the problem..no charge. Always a pleasant smile from everyone there...it's a pleasure doing business with them. I searched through Autotrader.com and found the vehicle I wanted at several locations. After several quick emails Guy came out on top as a no B.S. Dealership. Not using online searches previously I was hesitant but after a quick test drive the description previously given of the car was spot on and fulfilled all promises. We made a deal that was satisfactory and closed it with us pulling out of the parking lot in well under 2 hours including financing and registration. There was no "let me talk to the manager" B.S. from this dealership as you work directly with the owners to come to a deal. If you are tired of dealing with people who can't make a sales decision on the spot then this is the place for you. Don't be afraid though as they were not pushy in the least, just honest and upfront on all accounts. I'd make the trip again for my next vehicle! More

Great experience, not only with the sales staff, but also with the car! Very relaxed with the test drive, very relaxed in general.
