Not your typical car dealer; You deal with one person for the entire process without having to deal with the sales person, then the finance person, and finally the dealer manager. There was no pressure to buy unneccessary additonal insurances and no additonal fees popping up when signing the contracts. Unlike another dealer in the area that I stopped at that charged $1,500 for new tires, brakes, and insurance on parts that normally do not fail (crank shafts, pistons, heads, etc.); my vehicle came with new tires and they replaced all brake pads and rotors since they were less than 50% at no additional charge. And it was nice to drive off the lot with better that 3/4 tank of gas and not get charged a refueling fee. I have had the vehicle for less than a week and have had no mechanical issues so I cannot comment on service but have talked to other Pelligrino customers who report that there service department is highly rated. More

We found this particular vehicle on a web search. We called and learned that another individual was going to look at the car earlier in the day than we could. I was set to go somewhere else, because I was unaware of Pellegrino's existence. I wanted to trade in a Jeep Wrangler because of its small size, but I wanted to stay with the Jeep brand. When I pulled in and started looking under cars, I was greeted with a warm smile. I was allowed to test drive whatever I wanted. I drove 2 Jeeps, and the second one was it! I received a VERY fair price for my Wrangler. Joe got me financed in a half hour for the balance. I mentioned that I was concerned about the rust on the muffler, and without any hesitation he said, "no problem, I will put on a new muffler." I picked up my "new" Jeep the next day. In addition to the new muffler, it had brand new tires! I had overlooked checking those. However, Pellegrino's checked them for me. We live in smaller town, and I didn't hesitate to pass the word that this family owned business makes YOU a part of their family when you become their customer. THANKS EVERYONE!! More

i found the car i bought on cars.com which was a 2000 Nissan Maxima. The car was priced at 6 thousand then it dropped to 5 thousand.
