we went in We test drove 2 trucks and then were left alone to decide if we wanted to do a deal. We went in to the office did a little figuring and decided to buy a truck. Coming from Beaver Dams, 100 miles southeast of Batavia, it was totally worth it. Joe, Guy and Melissa provided a great experience when I purchased my truck this dealership has proven themselves over all o it was totally worth it. I have been to Rochester, Olean, Binghamton, and Syracuse looking and trying to work with but none of them did as they were insufficient in putting the customer first and you know who you are. Pelligrino Used Autos are customer oriented, as they called me in every step of the way, from my first interest to the actual purchase, making it seemless and it being a one time stop shop. They went through the truck with a fine tooth comb, invested in four new tires, brake rotors and pads all around, completely brand new fluids (oil, transmission, etc.). Who else would do that? None that I have experienced. Those other dealers I tried ought to go to school and learn what customer service is all about. Joe and Guy Pelligrino went beyond the call of duty to make my experience a memorable one. I highly give them my full endorsement. They are worth the extra travel time and efforts. I visited the dealer with a specific vehicle in mind, and having called two hours ahead, they had it ready for me to take out right away. The salesman was honest and straightforward and the vehicle (a 2001 Dodge Durango) performed and looked just as it was listed online. Two hours after I'd arrived, I left the lot with my new vehicle, and was extremely satisfied with the experience. I'd recommend the dealership in a heartbeat to anyone and intend to make them my first stop when I look to purchase a new vehicle in the near future for my wife. More

I went to Guy with a vehicle in mind and a price that I wanted to be within. Without knowing my price range, Guy was able to find me the vehicle that I wanted within my price range.
