He worked with me to research banks to get the best rate, carefully dealing with my credit, which I expressed was important to me. I purchased the car two days later. The office is immaculate and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant making us feel at home. All of the cars on the lot were detailed; no junk sold there. I read reviews prior to making my decision to contact the dealership and they were right on. Pellegrino's lives up to the great reviews and they are not pushy like other dealerships who start off nice, run your credit score down and then are not available when you have an issue. I had my mind set on a Chevy Avalanche and looked at 4 different dealerships that showed the truck online. I went to all of them to decide which one I liked the best. I drove out to Batavia (about 1 hour from my house) to test drive the truck. I immediately felt at home and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I have had bad experience with dealerships in the past so I was very cautious. I felt most comfortable with this dealership more so than the other 3. I bought the truck about a month ago. Not long after I had a problem with the gas gauge and speedometer. I was so upset because something similar had happened to me before at another dealership and they would not fix it. I was nervous to call and when I did Guy said "no problem bring it in whenever you can and we will get it fixed right immediately. I did and the truck is perfect! Wow! That really happened. Trust me most dealerships will give you the "it's your problem now or you must of broke it line". It was even ready for me to pick up earlier than expected. Thats's great service and hard to find nowadays. Guy, Joe, and Melissa helped me with my paperwork and scheduling the repair. They all deserve 5 stars! More

This dealership has a very inviting choice of vehicles to choose from. Guy was very generous with his time, as I wasn't sure about which vehicle I was leaning towards purchasing. Actually, he located a vehicle he thought I might be interested in, had it at his dealership for me to look at, and still, no pressure. That was the vehicle I ended up buying. Which showed me he listened to everything I had said about what I was looking for in my vehicle. And since I shopped for almost 1 year prior to my purchase, I dealt with many dealerships that I was very unhappy with. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. As I drove my Ford Edge out of the parking lot, it was detailed beautifully inside and out. And Guy took the time to make sure I was familiar with my vehicle before I left. Back in April I needed to sell my Jeep Wrangler to accommodate my growing family (try fitting experience with the shop now so I can be more in depth. Back in April I needed to sell my Jeep Wrangler to accommodate my growing family (try fitting a full car seat in a Wrangler!) and I wound up at Pellegrinos based on these reviews. I worked with Joe, who was straight forward, honest, and seems like a great guy. He gave me a solid deal on the Wrangler and got me in to a same year (06) same mileage Grand Cherokee for MUCH less than I was paying on the Wrangler. The trade went quick, smooth, and my wife and I were very happy. Fast forward to this month, we were noticing the Cherokee was a little "bouncy" in back. Long story short it needed a new rear suspension. Not a sign of the dealership, it was a used truck and these things happen. This time I worked with Guy to have the service done, also an honest and overall nice guy. He negotiated with the warranty provider to get the parts and work done. Picked the truck up today and I think it drives even better than when I first picked it up. It wasn't the fastest turnaround, but between their remodeling and waiting on parts it certainly wasn't unreasonable. Summed up, these guys are a solid local dealership who do good business. I feel absolutely confident recommending them over the big time dealers I have worked with in the past. No pressure, honest, and decent prices on good used vehicles. I'll be coming back when I'm finally ready to retire my other truck. More
