I had called to schedule a test drive and when I arrived with my father the car was cleaned off, and idling in the lot ready to go. After purchasing the vehicle, when I went to pick it up it was freshly cleaned both inside and out, complimentary floor mats - which was great for the winter with all the salt and slush in my boots.
