I went to the DMV (blah) and had all of paperwork, including my lein title, but they said I needed a bill of purchase. Of course I didn't have it, so I called Pellegrino Autosales in a panic. Not only did Melissa have it faxed over in minutes, she said, "call back if you don't have it within 5 minutes." When I didn't call (it came through in two minutes) she still called me to make sure I was all set. Talk about going above and beyond, with nothing but the kindest of tones. This is the consistent service I, and everyone I know receives. More

Was dismayed at first, but things turned around for us. Things had turned around for us--in regards to purchasing 2009 Nissan Sentra. On March 3 2018, another buyer had purchased the car from under us(did n Things had turned around for us--in regards to purchasing 2009 Nissan Sentra. On March 3 2018, another buyer had purchased the car from under us(did not get an opportunity to even see the car) Was not the the dealership's fault. However, come Monday--the following week. The deal fell through.(buyer was not able to take delivery,personal reasons) My son and myself were able to drive from Rochester to Batavia, in order to meet Mr. Pellegrino. They showed kindness, compassion, and beyond. Mr. Pellegrino provided a rather detailed history record on the Nissan, and mentioned to us about the parts that were replaced.
