Great car, great deal We purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. The car was in great shape and had a clean Carfax review. It was priced very competitively. The Honda Pilot is a difficult car to find used with reasonable mileage. The Pilot had less than 50,000 miles which was low for the year. We were treated well with very good communications. We did not trade in anything so it was a clean deal. The Pilot was missing all of the factory floor mats and all owner's manuals. We asked for both to be included in the deal. Our Vehicle Cash purchase Agreement included, in writing, the owner's manuals and mats. When we went to pick up the car, generic floor mats had been installed but no owner's manuals. Verbally, we were told the manual would have to be ordered and would be sent to us. I am happy to say that after an exchange with the dealership to remind them that the owner's manuals had not arrived, a complete set arrived by mail as promised. We are very satisfied with our treatment and the car. More

Purchased 2007 GMC Sierra Jeremy was the sales associate for my purchase. He was extremely helpful during every step of the decision process, and he really understood what my Jeremy was the sales associate for my purchase. He was extremely helpful during every step of the decision process, and he really understood what my needs and expectations were. This was because he really listened to what I had to say and quickly provided truck options in my price range to look at and test drive. Within a day I arrived at a reasonable choice but since the vehicle hadn't been in the dealership's shop yet there were some things that needed attention. Jeremy asked me to provide him a list of all my concerns and said that the shop would take reasonable steps to correct them. The shop satisfied all my concerns so I accepted the deal without reservations and am very happy to own the truck I set out to purchase. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured by Jeremy and always felt trustworthiness in his approach. He is not only a good salesman but is genuinely a nice guy. Jeremy also encouraged him to check the web site, which he did. Our experience was easy with no pressure. Jeremy even took care of the DMV and insurance business. When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, I noticed a small crack on the windshield. Jeremy was good on his word to get us a new windshield. Xtreme Auto Glass came right to my workplace and expertly put in a new windshield. We will definitely return to Pellegrino Auto for other car purchases in the future! More
