Unprofessional! I went there to purchase a truck, got pre-approved and found a truck that I fell in love with. I went to get the deposit and bring back my paperwork after discussing with my wife. I got in my vehicle to drive there and JOE PELLEGRINO let me know that they had SOLD the very same truck that he was selling to me and that I was on my way to pay! It was GONE! So i decided to give them one last shot at finding a truck.. found yet another one that I decided to settle on... after i test drove it, and wasted my time, he then decided to let me know it was a little out of my price range and he wanted a trade- in, another $500 down on top of what I was already willing to put down, and an additional $150 a month! DON'T YOU THINK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IMPLIED BEFORE DRIVING IT??? NOPE!! The communication was horrible, customer service was despicable.. 3 times he was chit chatting on his phone, I test drove a truck and when I got back he was assisting multiple other people before he even looked my way again, leaving me to feel as if i was nobody and I was wasting his time... HE WASTED MINE! I work 6- 12 hour shifts a week and this was my only day off to take care of this... This place is a joke and only out to gouge your pockets. They are unprofessional and the run around was absolutely ridiculous! More
