Unfortunately, because I live in VA and have a job that makes it difficult to get time off, I realized it would not be ideal for me to travel that far for a vehicle. I want to emphasize that my decision has no bearing on the quality of customer service I received from the dealership. One thing that really stuck out to me was that they didn't try to nickel and dime you with little miscellaneous fees. They have just a flat price--totally transparent and easy for the customer to figure out. The Pellegrino guys are great and I recommend them for anyone looking to get their next vehicle. More

A Dream Come TRUE!!! Let me start off my saying I had no intentions on buying a used car right now. I was only looking around comparing prices so I knew what I would have Let me start off my saying I had no intentions on buying a used car right now. I was only looking around comparing prices so I knew what I would have to save up to put down. And needless to say after hours and hours of looking around for the best prices, my DREAM vehicle found me from a place I had NEVER even heard of because I live an hour away! What I mean by "It finding me" is I was logging into my yahoo account Tuesday morning before work and of course those pesky advertisements that are on every website you go on and they ALWAYS seem to load faster than what you're actually trying to do loaded first. And BAM there it was an all black jeep compass! I had never heard of Pellegrino even with all the researching I had done recently and in the past so just out of curiosity I clicked on it and I was amazed! I found an all black 2015 Jeep Compass Sport 4x4, clean Carfax, low mileage and all for only $12,600! I called and spoke to Joe as soon as they opened and I told him that I was interested in it but I hadn't planned on buying a vehicle right now so I didn't have much saved up and I was new to the whole "credit thing" but that I felt like I couldn't pass on this deal! He said, "No problem! Let's see what we can do." After I gave him all my information, he said he was going to give me a call back. Two hours later on my lunch break he called back and said, "I have GREAT news!" We went over some details, like the fact that I didn't have a large amount to put down and it was still OK! He told me that I could pick up the Jeep the next day if I wanted to! Unfortunately, due to the weather and the fact that I lived almost an hour away, I told him I preferred to pick it up on Thursday. Everything just seemed TOO good to be true because we were doing everything over the phone and he was telling me that in less than 2 days I would be able to take it home! When I got there I was greeted with smiles from everyone around! Joe offered a test drive before we went any further and ONCE AGAIN I was amazed it drove perfectly! When I got back he answered ALL the questions that I had and THEN SOME! So as I said before I had NO intentions on buying a vehicle right now BUT I did, NOT because I had a sales person being pushy about everything and working on commission like you would see at any other dealership but because I was able buy my DREAM vehicle at a GREAT PRICE from an AWESOME dealership!!! It still seems too good to be true and my Jeep is ALREADY in my driveway! More
