I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion from Pellegrinos. Upon arrival Brian made it his duty to help me and my boyfriend get into a car. He stayed over an hour later than their business hours; 2 days in a row to arrival Brian made it his duty to help me and my boyfriend get into a car. He stayed over an hour later than their business hours; 2 days in a row to help us. Even when we hit a couple bumps in the process, Brian called the bank to find additional ways to get us approved.. The car did have a SMALL fender bender but Brian made sure to update us when the fender was ordered & received and set up an appt to come in and get the car serviced. Last but not least we were able to drive the car home to Rochester. So far, so good! Thank you Brian. More
