If I could give negative stars I would. I know 3 people who bought vehicles from them in the last year. All ran good for 6 months. I started out just going to look at a vehicle to see its condition and if I wanted to buy it. Well then I went in to see a sales person and low and behold I met the best sales person I have ever dealt with condition and if I wanted to buy it. The individuals I had the opportunity of meeting while making my deal were awesum and so very friendly it amazed me. We have bought two vehicles now with Joe from pellegrino. He is very easy to deal with and a down to earth guy. The first vehicle had some issues but over the course of 3 years their service department alwa He is very easy to deal with and a down to earth guy. The first vehicle had some issues but over the course of 3 years their service department always took care of us. They stood by the warranty. Above and beyond actually. Three transmissions and multiple sensors. We paid out of pocket for one but the next day we drove it, it stalled again. So they did the next two at no cost. I don't think they had to do that. They've also provided a loaner vehicle whenever needed. We will continue to bring our business here. More
