There was a simple ground wire issue the next day, and he literally drove out to my son's college campus to see what the issue was and fixed it on the spot. Who gives that kind of service?? There IS a way to buy a higher-mileage car without getting scammed. My next car will be from Pella Cars too. More

I wish I had started my search with Pella Cars. First, it is not a typical car dealer. The owner, Drew, creates video walk-around videos of the cars. However, it was great because I was local and I knew what I was going to see when I got there for a test drive. Drew was very accommodating for the time to come in for the test drive. He could not have been more helpful and friendlier. I felt very comfortable looking at the car I was interested in. There was no pressure on me to decide and Drew was very good about answering any questions. I would not hesitate to return there in the future. More

Stopped by on a Saturday and Drew just happened to be there. We talked for a bit then he just let me look at what he had which is always nice. We talked again and he offered to let me take a test drive e there. We talked for a bit then he just let me look at what he had which is always nice. We talked again and he offered to let me take a test drive even though he had another commitment, he stuck around not knowing what my intentions were. In the end it worked well for both of us. I was highly impressed with the prius I test drove and bought it. I've test drove a lot of cars over the years that had nothing done to them ( breaks are bad, exhaust leaks, clunking noises, etc.) And then they tell you it will all be fixed before you buy it ( horse crap ). If a dealer doesn't care about the impression you have of his car on a test drive their certainly not going to care after they have your money. The Prius I drove was taken care of ahead of time and it showed on my drive no weird noises, breaks were good and it was as clean as a car can get with 224,000 miles on it. In the end I hope the car lasts for a couple of years that's to be seen but my experience with Drew was darn good. I've already told some friends about his dealership and would feel comfortable buying another vehicle from him. And I forgot as other people have stated he knows his Toyotas for sure as well as a network of people who can work on them. A+ job Drew !!!! More
