The dealership was outstanding from initial contact throughout the entire process. I initially contacted Todd Jones, one of the Sales Managers and worked with Tanner Highfill in Sales. We visited Pedersen twice, the first time was to test drive a new Toyotal Sienna Limited. After our test drive they offered to tell us what they would give us on the trade in of our van, which we accept drive a new Toyotal Sienna Limited. After our test drive they offered to tell us what they would give us on the trade in of our van, which we accepted given we were shopping around at that point. They wrote up a sheet (with no negotiating) of their sticker price for the Sienna and the trade in offer amount. We liked the van but we were also considering a few other vehicles before making any final decision. After driving a few other vehicles we were tied between the Odyssey and the Sienna. Since we were happy with the trade in amount offered to us at Pedersen we thought that we would go back (rather than mess around at another dealership). I did extensive research in the area (N. CO and Denver area) on comparable pricing for the model we were interested in purchasing. We came up with our price we were willing to pay, which was $4000 under sticker price, very reasonable given the pricing at other Toyota dealerships. We called Pedersen and spoke with a salesman who said they did not currently have the model we wanted (xle with rear entertainment) on the lot, but if we wanted to buy the van and the the negotiations worked out they would get us one from another dealership. So we came in that afternoon, preapproved financing in place ready to buy a vehicle. When we arrived they put together another numbers sheet, only to offer us $1000 less on our trade than they had a week before! They stated that was because they were "trying to help us out" since that was on the limited version. They also argued the price their own salesman had mentioned to us on the phone when we called that morning, saying that must be invoice. They played the song and dance going back and forth with the "manager" a few times, even though we were up front with them on the amount we were willing. He came back the first time, $500 more toward our trade. Not good enough, left and came back 15 min. later, we can give you $100 more but that's it. Really, wow $100. Forget it, waste of our time. Then he had the nerve to tell us we were trying to buy more van than we wanted to pay for, and we should buy a van of a lesser model. So I can pay your sticker price? I don't think so. So we said thanks, but not thanks. At that time a manager came over and tried to get us to buy for the $4000 extra, when we said no he wanted to know our plan after that. I said we will shop around and get the vehicle/features we want and stay at our budget. He said he would beat any other deal we got, yeah right. As we were leaving my husband heard them say "they are just cheap." Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another dealership that treats people with respect, instead of a condescending attitude because I won't pay your MSRP. A week later we went to an awesome Honda dealership in Littleton, purchased a brand new 2013 Honda Odyssey with the same features we wanted in the Sienna, traded in our vehicle and came out the door $875 under our budget. They got me an approved loan and they worked with my circumstances to where everyboby was a winner. I work in sales and offer a referral binder to my customers for their review. Having purchased over 20 new vehicles between my wife and I over the same number of years, I thought I had a pretty good gauge of what makes a dealership great. Having bought the last 3 of those vehicles fr I over the same number of years, I thought I had a pretty good gauge of what makes a dealership great. Having bought the last 3 of those vehicles from Pedersen Toyota, I now know what makes a dealership spectaularly awesome! From start to finish, I never experienced such respect, professionalism, and fairness anywhere else when buying a car. Everyone we hvae worked with at Pedersen made us feel like they were only there to help us make the best decisions, not just sell us a car. We never felt pushed or rushed during any part of the transaction. Additionally, price and selection were never an issue - Pedersen hands down beat any competitor on price and could get any vehicle not currently on their lot within a day or 2, which they did for us twice. If the enjoyment of buying a vehicle at Pedersen wasn't enough to keep us coming back, their after sale follow-up and service departments sealed the deal. When dropping our cars off for service, it is always easy to get the times best for us and a quick and smooth process once we get there. Therefore, no matter where you live in Northern Colorado - do yourself a favor by skipping the dealership shopping and just go straight to Pedersen - where you already know that you will get the best price, the exact vehicle you want, an enjoyable sales process, and excellent follow-up service. More

Visited Pedersen Toyota to get a used car, and left a very happy guy! Even though I purchased a car that obviously wasn't going to be a money-maker for the dealership I still felt wanted there and was he very happy guy! Even though I purchased a car that obviously wasn't going to be a money-maker for the dealership I still felt wanted there and was helped to the best of their ability. I had spoken with Jeff Gipson over the phone, and although he couldn't be there the day I purchased the car his associate Mike Weise picked up right where Jeff had left off. Mike made sure I was taken care of during my time at the dealership. I admittedly didn't come very prepared to get a car, but he was patient and let me know everything I needed to do to get me off the lot that day. Even when my insurance company wasn't being very cooperative Mike was still checking in with me, and doing everything he could to get me going. I honestly had a great experience at the dealership, and especially with Mike. Great, down-to-earth guy who was honest with me the whole way through. Next time I get a car I will definitely be trying my best to do business with Pedersen Toyota, and hopefully Mike is there to make my experience as pleasant as it was this time. More
