Car Purchase Pleasant and Easy Yesterday I stopped at Pedersen's Mason Street location to look at hail damaged cars. Ryan Schlote showed me everything that matched my criteria and we narrowed it down to one Toyota Prius. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered my many questions and he and Jason Jones, the sales manager, came up with a fair price. I said my husband and I would come back early this morning when it wasn't quite so hot. Although that was Ryan's scheduled day off, he agreed to come in. When we arrived, he had the car sitting right out front and we purchased it within the hour. There was no pressure, just an agreeable working together, and we are very satisfied. He is a young man, very personable and knows his cars. The entire experience could not have been better and we would happily recommend Pedersen Volvo to friends. More

Highly recommend working with Vikkie Bagwell! I used Vikkie to help me find a car, we realized pretty quickly that my needs and purchase power didn't match my expectations. Despite moving from Fort Collins last year, I literally drove 900 miles to replace our Tundra yesterday. Dealing with an honest, straight forward, family owned store was worth the effort. Jeremiah is quite a hoot, and very professional and knowledgeable at the same time. The managers personally visited with me to confirm everything went smoothly and thank me for my business.... I was impressed as always. The negotiations are always straight forward here, and people I talk to are always amazed how great a deal I always get there. Even though service is a busy place, there's a reason...they're that good. My girls still live in Fort Collins and I'm amazed at how well they're treated every time they go in for service. It's not easy to find a dealer you can trust, but these guys have proven themselves to me. Highly recommended! More
