Once i physically got to the dealership the service from Ozzy was good. Kyle was exceptional. However, trying to get a hold of someone in fleet services was impossible for a week and the voice mail for Ozzy Ozzy was good. Kyle was exceptional. Service was adequate and staff was knowledgeable. I got an oil change and new brakes and the time waiting wasn’t as bad as I expected. I originally went in for a oil change when I was told I need new brakes.
