They gave us a flash drive with our paperwork on it... that was completely blank. My husband and I both made several phone calls to the dealership, had to leave messages each time. NO ONE ever called back. I finally got the paperwork only by going into the dealership in person and squatting in the finance department until someone helped me. They hit our credit AGAIN on May 27th, and as of today, June 4, 2021, they are STILL SUBMITTING CREDIT INQUIRIES!! Three more in the last 24 hours! And now, their phone system isn't working, either. So I reached out to our salesman via text - he asked if everything was OK, I told him the problems, and not a peep since. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I be been here before, the first time I walked out as I did not like the wheeling dealing that was going on. They now have different people here with a different attitude....so I bought a car! The one draw back is finance, I have good credit but my rate is a little higher than I thought it could be. I will re-finance. More
I took my Nissan frontier in for service 3 different times and paid for three different sensors to be replaced.was given the run around each time. Yet the same sensor code keeps coming on. Then I was told to take my truck to a muffler shop because that must be the problem after I paid 3 different times for new sensors. Same code keeps coming up every time. Ultimately we wasted money on parts that did not fix the issue. Our confidence with Nissan service department and their ability to fix they're own Nissan vehicles is gone. We have been a Nissan vehicle family for 11 years but will look else where for a new vehicle. More

Great Experience. Took a Customer's vehicle there to have the Rear Blind Spot Sensors Re-Aligned/Positioned. Expected it to take until Friday (2 days), but was pleasantly surprised when Tony informed us it w the Rear Blind Spot Sensors Re-Aligned/Positioned. Expected it to take until Friday (2 days), but was pleasantly surprised when Tony informed us it was ready in 2 hours. Even had enough time to detail it & deliver it to our customer the very same day. Unheard of nowadays. Thank you to the entire Service Team for doing the job expeditiously and correct.
