Totally bad experience. Inquired on a car on a Wednesday and was sent a special deal. Called on Friday to confirm the car was still there and was told it was. Two hours later when I arrived I was told it di and was sent a special deal. Called on Friday to confirm the car was still there and was told it was. Two hours later when I arrived I was told it didn’t pass inspection and they couldn’t sell it. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Conveniently the sales person I talked to was not their when I arrived even though I told her when I would be their. More

He exhibited good communication, didn't try to upsell me. Car took 1.5-2 hrs, just like he estimated. However, don't like that anything but a 100% review means workers get screwed in paycheck.
