Haggling is never a fun experience. However we reached an agreement in price with manager Jeremy. SEVERAL HOURS later we were finally up to sign our paperwork when Josue, the finance manager kicked us out of agreement in price with manager Jeremy. SEVERAL HOURS later we were finally up to sign our paperwork when Josue, the finance manager kicked us out of his office because apparently someone was ahead of us. He said it would take 20min. Over an hour passed and he was finally done signing paperwork. Then Josue proceeded to casually sit in his office and scroll through his phone UNTIL I walked over there with my sleeping 10month old and asked if he was finally ready for us. He then stepped out to talk to all the sales people because again he was kicking us out of his office claiming we were not next. Alondra, another sales associate decided to tell her clients that there was an issue with financing and they are trying to push the other clients out (the other clients being me who absolutely did not have a financial issue! What an insult to me and my family.) I clarified the issue with the other client and advised that the dealer did NOT have anything in order and failed to process clients accordingly. Later Mitch came and assisted us with the issue. Thanks for Robert our sales person and Mitch for making it a little bare-able. While Josue is there in the finance department and moving slower than molasses I will definitely not return to this dealership. More
I’ve had bad experiences with the service department over the years but our most recent visit is by far the worst of them. Our family and I trusted them with what seemed to be a simple task; finding out what the years but our most recent visit is by far the worst of them. Our family and I trusted them with what seemed to be a simple task; finding out what was wrong with our vehicle. Not only did they misdiagnosed the code given but they also assured me the problem was not the cheapest thing to fix but instead the most expensive possibility. Once I agreed to the fix of the vehicle which cost me near to $5000 they gave me back my car in the same not-working condition. I called them to ask them to have it re-checked they assured me in a matter of hours there was nothing wrong. When I insisted they did a more thorough inspection they called me back 3 days later telling me my problem was the initial issued they assured me my vehicle didn’t have. As they were looking into charging me an additional $1000 I refused and not once did they acknowledged the mistake they made, nor did they offer to repair it at no cost… I decided to rid of that car and buy a different vehicle of a different maker to never do business with this unprofessional establishment and their staff.
