Service advisor is a joke I go in to get an oil change I had a coupon for oil change tire rotation and car wash for $9.95 plus tax. The service advisor ask for my miles I told I go in to get an oil change I had a coupon for oil change tire rotation and car wash for $9.95 plus tax. The service advisor ask for my miles I told him he looked at me and ask again. I told him again he looked at me like I don't know what my mileage was. Then I gave him the coupon and he read it then ask me what did I come in for. After he finally understood why I was there he had me sign paperwork I sat down and wait. After about 15 minutes which I think was not long enough. Since there was at least 5 people already there waiting for their car and I had heard another service advisor tell his customer it would be about an hour. he said my car was ready. Then the price was not what was on the coupon after waiting a half an hour. A lady came out and I was told she was the manager. Adjusted the price. Then I go to leave and my car was not even washed. I don't know if they did anything. Except put a sticker on my window. I really don't know if I want to bring my car back in after this experience More
