They will seem eager to help you, but if they can't make a deal with you in the first 5 minutes of talking to you even after you have filled out the online credit application, they will forget you exist and never call your back. My entire dealings with them took over a month and a half and they never even told me if or what I was approved for. I had to call them multiple times and never got an answer. Avoid this place like the plague! More

They will let you drive the vehicle off the lot un-insured, saying you have 30 days to get insurance, but do not give you a binder for the insurance, then you get a bill from Freeway Insurance for coverage you never signed for nor agreed to, and even though you have other insurance, they refuse to cancel you. Went in for a low cost used car, drove off, with a new xxx Sentra that does not even have electric locks.... as they refused to sell me hte used one and I did not even get to test drive the car they sold me cos it was " in prep". xxxxxxxx! I used to stop at the cheapy "10 minute" places, but when Pedder Nissan sent me an awesome coupon book filled with deals, I decided to give them a shot. Now I'm a lifetime customer! From being greeted (and recognized) at the door to the speedy and quality service; how could I not go back?! I appreciate the guys there always "taking care of me". Most importantly, I'm a girl and cars aren't exactly my thing, but I don't feel taken advantage. I feel like I've gotten great service and a deal every time I drive away. Keeps me coming back! More
