Four Hours To Change a Battery? Their service department normally does a good job. Not today. I came in to get my battery replaced. I had to wait 4 hours with zero apology from anyo Their service department normally does a good job. Not today. I came in to get my battery replaced. I had to wait 4 hours with zero apology from anyone. The service writer Jose Medina did not seem to know what he was doing. He had trouble writing up the service. I informed him that AAA had advised me that the battery in my car was failing and it likely needed to be replaced. It took 3 hours to be informed that yes it needed to be replaced. Jose never did check on me during that time even though I was in the waiting center. I had to track him down to get an update as to why it was taking so long. He said he would find out and get back to me. 30 minutes late he still had not gotten back to me so I tracked him down at his work station to get an update as he had forgotten to inform me of the progress on my vehicle. About 20 minutes later I was told I needed a new battery. Almost an hour later my car was ready. Jose spent most of time on his phone texting and as I said paid zero attention to me as a customer and I never got an apology or explanation as to why it took so long. I may not have my car serviced here again even though I have had my car serviced here before with no issues. They definitely have lost me as customer to buy a new car. More

Christian is Amazing!! I went into the dealership with not knowing if I was going to get a car or not, so my expectations were pretty low. After test driving 3 different car I went into the dealership with not knowing if I was going to get a car or not, so my expectations were pretty low. After test driving 3 different cars, we finally agreed on a sentra. Christian understood my situation and was able to help me get a new 2019 Sentra and I appreciate him a lot for that. I would high recommend this dealership and Christian's customer service! More

Good and Bad Experiences continue.. After making an appt for an oil change, I asked to speak to the Service Manager I had a concern with a previous $100 inspection of the car done in Apr After making an appt for an oil change, I asked to speak to the Service Manager I had a concern with a previous $100 inspection of the car done in April (3 months ago).. I was told "Deb", the Service Manager was in a meeting but I could leave her a voice mail. My message was brief and I asked for a return call to discuss my concerns. Deb didn't return my call so I call her the next day, Apparently she was not available but the Operator promised to find her and tell her to call me back. The Operator also made Deb the technician for my upcoming appt (this would allow me to meet and speak to her). She never returned my call and when I arrived at the dealership for my appt, no one knew where Deb was (isn't she the Service Manager?) then someone said she wasn't in that day (it was a Thursday). I spoke with Tim, who I believe is the Sales Manager and he took care of me and my concerns (thanks Tim!). Overall, the service is good, the staff is good, the waiting room is nice and clean and prices are reasonable. I wonder how "Deb", the Service Manager ever became the Service Manager given her lack of customer service skills and even her physical presence is questionable. More
