Lack of follow up I purchased my vehicle a little over a month ago. It’s been in the service center twice already for a few repairs (Drivers seat replacement and driver I purchased my vehicle a little over a month ago. A few weeks ago I dropped off the vehicle because the third back window break light detached. Still waiting on parts and haven’t had a phone call to schedule the repair. Also still waiting for the following to be resolved. Air entering cabin of vehicle on drivers side door when vehicle is driven over 60 MPH. Fast and easy We went to purchase a new vehicle without really knowing what we wanted. I had researched Nissan Rogues on online and went to Pedder Nissan to test d We went to purchase a new vehicle without really knowing what we wanted. I had researched Nissan Rogues on online and went to Pedder Nissan to test drive one. Christian was pleasant, knowledgeable and very accommodating when at the list minute I changed my mind on the color. It was an extremely hot day and Christian was very patient while I walked around the vehicles trying to figure out if this was what we wanted to buy. We were limited on time to get the paperwork processed (probably because I couldn't decide on the color) and Efrain was very helpful getting all the paperwork done efficiently. Very nice and not pushy at all. Would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle there when the time comes to replace these. More
Horrible! I had an appointment and “Jose” told me to ask for him personally that he would take care of my issue. However, when i got there there was a huge line I had an appointment and “Jose” told me to ask for him personally that he would take care of my issue. However, when i got there there was a huge line of cars waiting for them to open after that i was told my car would take 30 min for an oil change and after 20 min i saw jose in the hallway and he said my car was almost done. About 10 min later i go sit outside since my car was about to be done. As i sat there i saw that my car was parked not touched right in front of me. They put it on the side where people do no have appointments. I confronted “Jose” and asked why he lied to me and why was my car right there not touched he very carelessly said he didn't know. I was so upset and expressed to him how i specifically spoke to him and let him know i had things to do and could be waiting all day for an oil change he still didn't seem to care whatsoever. I spoke to the General sales manager after that my car seemed to be done all of a sudden. I don't trust them and honestly my experience is similar everytime! More
