I have a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 18k miles, been having an issue with it since about 6k but when they check “it’s fine”. I guess I have no choice but to await till if goes out on me, good thing I got the extended warranty. Also once they call me, stating my car is ready, it takes me about an hour to get there and I still have to wait about an hour after the paperwork to get my car. More
Was not happy with Nissan in anyway. I was very unhappy with the service I was provided . My car is pretty much still new and I had to pay for something that shouldn’t have even gone out I was very unhappy with the service I was provided . My car is pretty much still new and I had to pay for something that shouldn’t have even gone out in the first place. The service I got was not good at all. I was told my car would be ready so many times when it wasn’t. My phone calls were ignored or I wasn’t called back . Broken promise after broken promise . Asked to speak to service manager but they never stepped in . My car was out for a week and a half with no offer of loaner or rental . when I got my car back after paying 2600 my muffler case was not tightened so it was rattling . Also the charger port was not working when I got the car back when it was working prior . I was then told since my bumper to bumper Warrenty is out that I would be charged to look at it. Who ever worked on the car unplugged the plug which is located near the clutch . Yet the department couldn’t look at it even though it was there fault 100 % More
