Paul and Danny are AH-MAZING!!!!! I brought my NV3500 into the dealership for warranty work to be done. Paul was the first service advisor and he went above and beyond to make me comfo I brought my NV3500 into the dealership for warranty work to be done. Issue with car wasn’t address properly I believe service techs or mechanics need to have better ways to diagnose issues in the newer vehicles, our car isn’t working right sometimes and they I believe service techs or mechanics need to have better ways to diagnose issues in the newer vehicles, our car isn’t working right sometimes and they said “the computer isn’t finding anything so your car is ok”, they just replaced the transmission and once on a while the car wants to take off on its own which is why they replaced it, meaning the issue still there whether the transmission is bad again or the issue is somewhere else, so sad we bought a Nissan at the moment, the people attending is ok and I’m sure the techs too but not having the proper stuff can’t help at least my situation. More
