Spent a Whole Lot of Money for a Whole Lot of Nothing I dropped my car off on a Monday about 7:30 am for a clutch issue which I believe was from a clutch master. The technician confirmed it was the clutc I dropped my car off on a Monday about 7:30 am for a clutch issue which I believe was from a clutch master. The technician confirmed it was the clutch master so I authorized the work. The job was completed Friday. 5 stinkin' days! The reason for the delay was they didn't have the part in stock. Are you kidding me! They are a dealer. I can't believe they didn't have resources to obtain the part. It's not like an exotic piece. It's a common part. Even repair shops have the ability get things same day or next day. To make matters worst, after the repair was done, I'd expect the clutch to have a close to new feel to it. But there's too much play when you press in the clutch. I've already adjusted the adjustment up to the last threads. Time will tell if this will hold up. More

I went straight to the nearest mechanic and they checked my car. The washer was not present on my drain plug and my car was low on oil. This could have seriously damaged my car. I purchased my car at this dealership and have used them exclusively for my maintenance. I am very disappointed. More
